How is this for some cute winter bird humor? It would have been extremely difficult to capture a shot like this if I was trying and wanted to. I just happened catch one while the bird on the lower branch appeared to be standing. It totally reminded me of a sibling rivalry, but instead of children arguing over whose turn it was to go first or their turn for the top bunk I saw the bird on the bottom branch standing in protest saying “But it is my turn on the top branch!” And the next comes all the Mom! Mommy! MOM! calls lol. And bird on the top branch is just sitting there all chill like “But I was here first.” Okay, so maybe I have been there before both as the oldest of two daughters and as being a mom.
Animals are so entertaining to watch. I do love the sun room in the house we are renting and my camera. It is wonderful being able to winter bird watch from inside and still manage to take some good photos. Now if only I knew for sure what kind of birds these were. There are about a half dozen or so all the same size and very similar in color but all different. Perhaps male and female of three different birds?
